If desired we will assist with the selection of your uniquely situated property.  In addition we assist with the smooth development of your project, from the start of the project to its completion (click here for more details).   The commission for this service is a standard 8% of the total purchase price for your project ( the construction cost and any site prep if you already own your own site).  This commission is included in the prices listed on this website.   The villas are suited for permanent as well as seasonal occupancy.  If you choose to rent out the villa, we can assist you; we recommend you review our “service” brochure.
